At Aarvi Ethnic, we follow a customer-friendly policy to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and stress-free. We offer a “100% Buyer Protection Program” for our valued customers and stand by you before and after your purchase.

How to Initiate an Exchange
For all exchange requests, you can drop us an email at support@aarviethnic.com and our team will get back to you within 24-48 working hours.
Domestic Customers (India)
Exchange Policy

Size/Style Exchange:
If you face a size issue or would like to exchange your product for a different style, please Toll Free - +91 (999 222 6887)
- If a reverse pickup is available at your pincode, we will arrange the pickup from your delivery address and ship the replacement product.
- If reverse pickup is not available, you will need to courier the product back to us with your name and mobile number clearly mentioned.
Important Notes:
- 3-days exchange and No-return.
- Exchanges are only allowed for size issues.
- Exchange is not available for product swaps unless related to size.
- Items purchased during sale/discount offers are non-exchangeable.
- We do not accept returns on items once sold.
Damaged or Wrong Delivery
If you receive a damaged/defective product or an incorrect item, we will replace it at the earliest possible time.
Every order undergoes a 3-layer quality check at our warehouse, but if any issue occurs, we will resolve it promptly.
When Exchanges are Not Accepted
- Slight color differences (up to 10%) due to screen resolution and lighting conditions.
- If you don’t like the fabric or color, as all details are clearly mentioned in the product description.
- For customized products made especially for you.
Cancellations by Domestic Customers
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
